As the proud owners and operators, Joel, his wife, his son, and his daughter-in-law have made their facility a family-run haven for indoor golf, rain or shine. With the Louisville team competing in the GOLFZON Tour, Tee It Up Golf USA has become a cornerstone for community golf engagement and competition.

Q: Joel, what makes Tee It Up Golf USA unique?
Joel: We’re a family owned and operated. My son, myself, my wife, and his wife are the owner and operators.
Q: Why did you choose GOLFZON simulators for your facility?
Joel: GOLFZON was the easiest decision we actually made when we started to build out. It just made sense. With the simulator technology that was here, there was just such a huge gap between what you would see in a simulator vs what you would experience outside. We’re closing that gap significantly.
Q: What’s the local golfing culture like in Louisville?
Joel: The Louisville area is just phenomenal, a great location. We’re one of the largest golfing communities, I think, in the United States.
Q: Joel, how are you introducing new players to the game?
Joel: We are actually trying to introduce younger players to the game. We’ve done free women’s introductory lessons, things like that. I really think the future is unlimited. The more people can do it, the better off it is.
Q: What’s next for Tee It Up Golf USA?
Joel: We’re rain or shine, anywhere. I think you’re going to see more people actually heading indoors, rather than worrying about the elements—the heat, the cold, whatever.

Q: Kyle, what’s your experience at Tee It Up Golf USA been like?
Kyle: It’s just a really cool, fun experience—fun for people of all ages. I’ve got a 4-year-old son who comes in here occasionally and hits balls. There are just a lot of cool aspects to it.
Q: Andrew, how does Tee It Up Golf USA fit into the Louisville golf community?
Andrew: We’ve got a lot of golf in Louisville. It’s a great addition to this community around here. I just love being a part of people coming in and all, just sharing that common bond and loving the game of golf.
